In its 11th year, MPMF may not be indie rock’s best kept secret anymore, but it has grown into Cincinnati’s definitive live music event. The QCP and Framester teamed up this year to take a portrait of the 3-day fest.
The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra has been performing at Music Hall for 116 years. And has been making sweet, sweet music in Cincinnati –in one form or another– for over 200.
Pictures allow our minds to absorb large amounts of information in a short amount of time. Yet this simple idea is often sacrificed due to the flurrying array of media opportunities that surround us. With the inevitable speed of today’s society, we find ourselves constantly sorting through the messages like junk mail, attempting to differentiate the relevant from the propaganda. In an effort to offer you an unobstructed view and them a genuine representation of their culture, those of us at The Queen City Project believe we found a way to shine the light on local independent businesses sans the glossy packaging.
